Applicants must meet income guidelines of $46,300/one person: $52,950/two persons and an asset limit of $50,000. (There is a $200,000 waiver if you own your own home now). There will be more of these units available in the future.
All residents must be 55 years or older to qualify. Eligible applicants will be entered into a lottery. A 70% preference will be given to people living (children or stepchildren) or working in Marshfield. A deed restriction will be applied to all of these units, as these units must be maintained in perpetuity for applicants who are income and asset qualified. Applicants should be pre-approved for a mortgage.
