“Holly Farms” is a recently completed subdivision of upscale homes located in Hanover between Whiting and Main Street. This 80 acre parcel of land was developed as an extension of an existing subdivision known as Ledgewood Estates. Permitting included crossing sensitive conservation land and the Longwater River.
