Sealund Corporation is a third generation family run business which had its beginnings in the early 1930’s as a small home builder in local communities south of Boston. Walter Sealund Sr. believed strongly in seeking the best value for his customers. For over seventy years this attitude has produced quality homes and subdivisions that represented the highest quality for the best price.
Currently, Sealund Corporation is managed by Roger and Kevin Sealund. Roger grew up building homes with his father and has built over 2,000 homes on the south shore since taking the controls from his father in the family business. Kevin Sealund joined the company in 1978 after graduating from college with a degree in civil engineering. The company then expanded into building roads, infrastructure and utilities along with the houses and numerous commercial projects.
